We believe what our tagline says, “the best talent already has a job.” This makes it hard for recruiters and businesses to find the best candidates that are passively looking. These people can’t openly post on social media sites that they are looking for a new role for fear of their current employer discovering it. We want to solve that problem by creating a tool specifically for those passively looking for a new role.
